Default Back from a long stint away, got me some texture/pixelation problems

Well, after being away from guild wars for quite awhile (although i did come back for factions, but left again within a few days) i decided to finally hop back on and give it a go. but to my dismay my poor ranger's 15k grotto armor looked hideously pixelated (as did the interface: skill bar and chat was especially hard to read).

My system was the same as when i was playing (minus the addition of 1.5 gigs of ram).

Vid card is an AGP Sapphire Raedeon 9600 256 meg (using the 6.8 drivers from ATI due to the other rpg i frequent and its dislike of ATI). AMD Athlon XP 3000+, 2 gigs of ram. 17" wide screen LCD screen, running the game at its natural resolution (1440x900) and default refresh rate (60hz) through a DVI connection.

if there's anything taht you'd want to ask of my system, just ask me.
